Returns Policy

At nunu seoul, we want you to love your jewelry.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Piercing jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Items returned damaged due to misuse


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

As our products are shipped internationally from South Korea, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Please send returns to the address provided by our customer support team after your return request is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by nunu seoul.

If you purchased a nunu seoul product through a retail partner or stockist, please contact the original retailer directly regarding returns or exchanges.
